IN 1978 WE HAVE DECIDED TO DESIGN A BETTER BELT TENSIONING DEVICE:
Now the "TAD MOTOR BASES" are replacing "The Hinged Type" Motor Bases. in the Industry.
Reasons: TAD Motor Bases are Moving Vertically UP or Down [Not in Arc Like The Hinged Motor
Base} We have been Manufacturing and selling TAD MOTOR BASES Since 1980 and become an Industry Standard.
Our Company was engaged of designing Metal Removing Transfer Lines , Dial Machines ,Assembly Equipment
Etc. Mainly for the
Automotive Industry. Designing these Machines with Spindle Drives & Belt Drives we were using "HINGED TYPE" Motor Bases [ as a Belt Tensioning Device], Since these Devices are Moving in Radius [arc] if we had Example: 4-Spindles side by side - 2- Motors had to be down and 2 -motors had to be up: It means 2- different belt length 2- different support brackets , more space and Ultimately a more expensive Machine.
